Brocom-approved insurance broker

Opting for an approved insurance broker guarantees that you will be provided with a higher quality service. In order to be awarded the Brocom quality label, an insurance broker has to meet strict requirements. He has to guarantee to his customers, for example, that he meets the following criteria:

  1. Registration as a insurance broker with the FSMA;
  2. Compliance with statutory requirements for insurance brokers;
  3. Independence from the insurance companies;
  4. Strict compliance with the relevant legislation and sectoral codes of conduct;
  5. Any complaints must be handled centrally and completely independently by the Insurance Ombudsman;
  6. He must have the necessary resources to arrange the best possible insurance cover, in terms of choice, price, advice and services;
  7. Commitment to continuous professional development.

In addition, Brocom-approved insurance brokers are the only agents that sign sectoral codes of conduct. The aim of this document is to guarantee that the customer is provided with a higher quality service.
